Concrete Renew is a one-component, polymer-modified cementitious material for the resurfacing of existing concrete to provide a like-new look to concrete surfaces.
Mapefer 1K is a one-component anti-corrosion coating based on unique polymers, cementitious binders and corrosion inhibitors. Mapefer 1K is specially formulated for application on clean reinforcing steel to inhibit oxidation and rust location.
Planiprep SC is a high-performance, polymer-modified, fiber-reinforced cement-based skimcoating and patching compound. Use Planiprep SC to skimcoat and smooth minor surface variations and defects on common substrates. Planiprep SC creates a strong, durable surface ready for almost any floor application. Its unique formulation mixes easily with water and produces an easy-to-apply patching compound. Rapid-setting Planiprep SC allows for fast-track flooring installations in 30 to 60 minutes after application, depending on thickness and environmental conditions.
Planitop 15 is a one-component, shrinkage-compensated, cementitious, fiber-reinforced, fluid mortar. Planitop 15 contains a corrosion inhibitor and silica fume, and is well-suited for form-and-pur and form-and-pump applications where high early strength and floability are required.
For structural concrete repairs in thicknesses from 3/8" to 4" neat. Planitop 15 can be placed up to 8" when extended 50% by weight with 3/8" pea gravel in horizontal, vertical and overhead applications. It is suited for all concrete form-and-pour and form-and-pump repairs.
For repairing concrete structures such as tunnerls, bridges, overpasses, retaining walls, beams, building facades, ceilings and balconies.
For treating defects in concrete surfaces and for filing honeycombs, voids and cavities
For repairing concrete surfaces subject to extreme exposure and heavy vehicular traffic, including roads, industrial floors, sidewalks and canals.
Planitop X is a one-component, fiber-reinforced, shrinkage-compensated, high-early-strength, fast-setting, polymer-modified, high-build cementitious repair mortar with a corrosion inhibitor. It is suited for all interior/exterior vertical and overhead concrete repairs, including precast/prestressed, tilt-up, post-tensioned and cast-in-place concrete. Planitop X can be applied from featheredge to 4" per lift. Planitop X is engineered to provide high early strength with ease of application. Planitop X dries to a light gray color, matching most concrete surfaces.
For repairing all vertical and overhead concrete surfaces, such as tunnels, bridges, overpasses, retaining walls, beams, building facades, parking garages, ceilings and balconies.
For repairing defects in concrete surfaces, such as the filling of honeycombs, voids and cavities.
For reconstructing architectural features requiring a moldable and sculptable mortar.
Mapecem Quickpatch is a versatile, fast-setting, cementitious material used for the patching of interior/exterior concrete surfaces including concrete floors, driveways, sidewalks and concrete pads. Mapecem Quickpatch features extraordinary ease of placement, with a variable water ratio and outstanding workability. Light gray Mapecem Quickpatch can be applied from featheredge to 3" for ramping or filling. That makes it ideal for restoring weathered, damaged concrete surfaces to a uniform, superior wearing and better-than-new appearance. When used for horizontal substrate repair before application of self- leveling underlayments, Mapecem Quickpatch sets fast for easy and cost-efficient repairs, minimizing jobsite turnaround time.
Ultraplan M20 Plus is an HCT™ (High-Hydrated Cement Technology) calcium-aluminate-based, quick-setting, self-leveling, self-drying material. It is specially formulated for the resurfacing and restoration of interior horizontal surfaces as a high-compressive-strength underlayment with maximum resistance to wheel tracking and indentations experienced in softer underlayments. Ultraplan M20 Plus is suitable for use as a commercial wear topping in warehouse and alternate light industrial applications where an exceptional flat and smooth concrete surface is desired
Ultraplan M20 Plus can be used for fast-track resurfacing and construction of horizontal wear surfaces. This light gray product is designed to accept industrial/commercial sealers and coatings (verify compatibility and follow manufacturers' instructions).
Ultraplan M20 Plus can be used for quick-turnaround leveling, smoothing and repairing of interior floors before the installation of floor coverings. Ceramic tile and natural stone can be installed in as little as 3 to 4 hours after application. Floor coverings – carpet, vinyl sheet goods, vinyl tile, vinyl composition tile (VCT), homogenous PVC, rubber, engineered wood plank, and polymer floor coatings and toppings – can be installed 16 to 24 hours after application.
Ultraplan M20 Plus may be used as a finish topping. However, due to the nature of polymer-modified cementitious materials, variations in color, stainability and general finish should be expected. Make an adequately sized mockup before the installation to ensure the acceptability of variation that is created by finishing. However, despite these steps, MAPEI makes no representation in regards to variations in color or consistency of finish. Depending on raw materials, fine spots may be visible and material surface may prevent reactive stains from taking to the product with consistency.
If a high-performance decorative topping is desired for staining or diamond polishing, use MAPEI's Ultratop®. Ultraplan M20 Plus is not recommended as a surface for diamond polishing.
Ultraplan M20 Plus is tough enough for light industrial warehouse floors and loading docks subject to continual light vehicular and foot traffic.
Ultraplan 1 Plus is an HCT™ (High-Hydrated Cement Technology)-based, quick-setting, self-leveling, self-drying underlayment and repair mix for interior concrete and engineer-approved floors. Ultraplan 1 Plus has high strength and is abrasion-resistant, able to withstand light foot traffic after 2 to 3 hours and vehicular rubber-wheel traffic after 3 days
Ultraplan 1 Plus is suited for quick-turnaround leveling, smoothing and repairing of interior floors before the installation of floor coverings. Ceramic tile and natural stone can be installed as soon as 3 to 4 hours after application. Floor coverings – such as carpet, vinyl sheet goods, vinyl tile, vinyl composition tile (VCT), homogenous PVC, rubber and engineered wood plank – can typically be installed 16 to 24 hours after application.
