SikaTop 123

SikaTop 123 PLUS is a non-sag mortar. It has two components and consists of a portland cement base modified by polymers. It is fast-setting. As a high performance repair mortar, SikaTop 123 can be used on both overhead and vertical surfaces. It also contains Sika FerroGard 901, a penetrating corrosion inhibitor. SikaTop 123 can be used below grade and above grade. Sika123 Plus can be used for structural repairs of bridges, ramps, parking structures, walkways as well as dams and tunnels. SikaTop 123 has the advantage of proven extremely low shrinkage, high bending and compressive strengths and durability in freeze/thaw cycles. It is qualified for repairs over cathodic protection systems.
